Disordered Eating
Your experiences and relationship with food and your body may not fit perfectly into a diagnosis, but that doesn’t mean you can’t access support. I work with people experiencing food noise or a challenging relationship with food and/or their body. Through a flexible approach, I offer a safe, supportive space to help you explore these experiences and begin reconnecting with the parts of life that matter to you.

Neurodivergent Individuals
I support neurodivergent individuals with eating and feeding differences and/or co-occurring eating disorders to improve their physical, mental and emotional health through neurodiversity affirming nutrition care. This includes, but is not limited to, individuals with autism, ADHD and intellectual disabilities.

Gastrointestinal Concerns
It's NOT all in your head!I understand how unsettling and unpleasant gastrointestinal difficulties can be, and how frustrating it can be when they are dismissed. I can support you to explore the role of nutrition and the gut-brain axis in a range of gastrointestinal concerns- from reflux, to bloating or bowel irregularities. I can also support you to seek out appropriate additional supports if indicated.

What to expect during a session
I provide three session types- an initial session to commence our journey together, a standard follow-up to keep progress going and a short follow-up option if you're short on time.

Initial session (60 minutes)
$220
Our first session is about getting to know you; your story, your concerns, and what feels most important for your recovery right now. I’ll ask questions to build a holistic understanding of your health and where you are in your recovery journey (whatever stage that is).
It’s also an opportunity for you to get to know me and my approach to care. Together, we’ll begin shaping a care plan to guide our sessions and identify some intentions or focus areas to support the work we do moving forward.

Standard follow-up (45 minutes)
$175
Follow-up sessions build on the foundation we set in your first appointment. We’ll check in on how things have been going, explore any challenges that have come up, and celebrate the wins along the way.
These sessions are a chance to adjust your care plan, review and create new focus areas or goals , and continue developing strategies that support sustainable positive change for you.

Short follow-up (30 minutes)
$115
These shorter sessions are available when a quick check-in feels most helpful. These can be used used to touch base on progress and challenges, provide a safe space to check in and make small adjustments to your care without going into as much depth as a standard session.
These sessions can be a good option if you’re short on time or wanting extra support between longer sessions.
